Love Thyself

Comparing ourselves to another person is like comparing apples to oranges. A healthier way to gauge our development is to compare our output or accomplishments with our own status in the past. In other words, it is prudent to ask ourselves if we have improved, grown, changed, developed... This means of evaluation takes into consideration where we began, our growth up to a certain point, and our achievement to date; it is not based on contrast with others.
